Gluten-Free Nachos in 15 Minutes

Bee and I just had some great nachos. The nachos were her idea. The chicken was mine. The chicken is optional for vegetarians, of course!

Gluten Free corn tortilla chips
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Chopped black olives
Avocado
Salsa (GF label)
Sour Cream (leave out for vegan)
Diced Chicken Breast (optional for vegan) + spices

Prepare the chicken, chop the avocado and black olives.

Layer ingredients: tortilla chips, cheese, chicken, olives. Then microwave for 30-40 seconds or until cheese is nice and melty. Then add the diced avocado and salsa (on the side).
